ELDER MILLS HOMES FOR SALE

The Elder Mills neighbourhood in the City of Vaughan is one of the smallest areas in all of Vaughan and is a mixture of detached homes and semi-detached houses.  

The detached houses in the area are typically three bedrooms and four bedrooms with over two thousand square feet and having mostly two car garages.  

The semi-detached homes in the area were mostly built in the 2000's and have three bedrooms and four bedrooms and range from one thousand and four hundred square feet and up to two thousand and two hundred square feet with single car garages.  

The area was mostly built in the late 1990's and later with some of the properties to be built in the near future.
